A sample can be used for the initial review. Mating dimensions and service conditions help define the new drawing and validation plan.
What tolerance can you hold?
Tolerance depends on geometry, compound, tooling and inspection method. Mark the functional dimensions so feasibility can be reviewed before a tolerance is committed.
Which silicone is suitable for my application?
Provide the temperature range, contact media and compression or movement conditions. Material selection and any required validation follow this information.
